Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Italian Consumer Code.
How to request a return
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- You will receive return instructions.
- Send the product back intact, with all accessories and packaging.
Refund
Refunds use the same method as the original payment, within 14 days of notice of withdrawal and in any case after we receive the goods or proof of shipment. [TO BE CONFIRMED: who bears return shipping costs]
