Data we process and why

• Order data (name, address, email, phone, products bought): to perform the contract, ship, and handle returns and support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Tax and payment data of the order: for accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation. Card data is processed directly by the payment provider and never passes through our servers.
• Email address for the newsletter: only with your consent, confirmed by email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. For each mailing we only count, in aggregate, how many times each link was clicked, without knowing who clicked; we do not measure opens. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Technical and security data (IP address, logs): to protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Camera try-on (optional): the video is processed only on your device, in real time, to place the glasses on your face. We do not record or save photos or video, we do not send them to us or to third parties, and the camera turns off when you close the window. Your browser asks for permission before turning it on. We do not use the try-on to identify you or to derive biometric data.

Retention
